Oh yes i do remember the cabin in the pines and the DAV Club also. The southside had it going on back in the day of less violence toward people but i still love my old stomping round thats where it all begin be true to the hood.

i grew up on cedar st. lol the hood store in our area was donnell davis on the corner of cedar and newton rd..across the street was a club called the drive in..lol those was the days,,,who woulda thought that we all would be chatting about it now ..wow?

I grew on Mckinley rite across the street from the teen center. Van Buren was the hangout spot. K&S on Newton Rd. was o.k. but Mr. Levi store was the best.
