Whats has worked for me was to stop drinking sodas and eating junk food. Also I Started back drinking water and walking. At the frist of the year I was 180 and last week when I went back to the doctor I was 156. Don't give up. Next week I will be working out with ASU ROTC and I am hopeing that I will be able to keep up.

Hey, everyone! Glad to see that you guys and gals are meeting your goals. Unfortunately, I didn't make my goal by my birthday in December. I am truly feed up!!!!! Today, I have really decided not to go another day feeling like this. I tried to start a couple of weeks ago, but at work and school I had so many deadlines due that I just started eating out of the snack machine and grabbing a quick burger and some fries. I ate like that for two weeks!! Now that's terrible! So I actually gained. I've heard that the Special K diet was good. And on yesterday, I went to Bill's Health food store to look around and they had some B-12 strips that gives you instant energy. Those really work! I just need to try something. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
