- Oh, Ok. I like walking a lot . I've been walking ever since I had my first child. It's a great stress releiver. I 'm a early bird that's why I go so early. I have to go ahead and get it over with.I try to go to the gym at least five days a week. would love to target my upper arms, waist, and thighs. So, what cha think? I'm getting kinda up there in age so don't be to hard on me. Take it easy.
