About Me:: I am a single parent with two daughters CaDashia(14) and Charlena(1) I am a devoted parent to my kids my passion is to own me a restaurant oneday soon. I attended Monroe High School where I received my diploma in 1991.I attended Albany Tech Collge where I received my diploma in Culinary Arts in May 2007. Now at the present time I am recovering from a major illness that kept me in the hospital for a month. I am also getting ready to go back too Albany Tech College in Jan.2010 to take up Hotel Restaurant Management an receive my dipolma. But I still Matashia Camille Anderson but I had to change my life for the best for my kids and self.And my Career Goal is to own my Restaurant oneday soon.
