THIS IS US.
Hello to everyone. It's good to see all of your beautiful faces again. As for myself, I have truly been blessed by God. As I am sure most of you know, I married my highschool sweetheart (regardless of what Rico says) Wantonia Kicet Wright Dyson. We have 2 precious gifts from God. Zoie Lorene Dyson (3) and Kendra Michal Dyson (3 mths). We currently live on the westside of Indy, about 8 miles from downtown. We left home 08-13-93 for South Bend, IN, where we lived until 07-1-00. Those 6-1/2 years matured us in so many ways. We came back home for our wedding in the summer of 1996. We got married in the church on July 6th and in the courthouse on July 8th. Surprisingly, I saw a buddy get married in the courthouse on the same day (What's up Rimp?) Wantonia and I celebrate both days for our anniversary. Simply put, she tried to use an Indiana blood test for a Georgia wedding to avoid getting pricked by another needle (she's not a fan). After her Georgia blood test, here we are, soon to be celebrating our 13th anniversary in marital bliss. Back to South Bend, one day Tonia decides we need to move to the big city (I did drag her over a thousand miles away from her friends and family) of Naptown. So one weekend, we drive down to Indianapolis (that's 2-1/2 hours closer to Albany) just to Look at houses. Somehow or another we ended up signing papers that same day to have a house built in 3 mths (this is before I even had a job there) . As I am typing this right now, Tonia says um talking too much and no one will ever call us because i'm sharing our life story right now. You guys don't have to read all of this, i'm just sharing "Albany Love" because we really do miss you guys. Anyway, back to the story, we moved into our new home. After about a year, God opened and is continuing to open our eyes to the true meaning of life. We joined New Life Worship Center (Pastor John F. Ramsey Sr. newlifeindy.org just incase you want to check it out) and life has not been the same. I have been through a downsizing, Tonia deciding to be a stay at home mom (which i can't blame her), and about 2 years ago a so-called merger. We took Zoie to daycare for about 4 days before Tonia said she could not do it. She was a caseworker for the state (man she gave up some great benefits) and she loved her job, but she gave it up for our little angel. I am in sales for a company called Courterco. We are a wholesale distrbutor for home improvement products. Our customers are mainly contractors, builders, interior designers, and some homeowners. Tonia and I also decided to start our own business (ZOWAMI Commercial Cleaning LLC). We bought a coverall cleaning franchise. ZOie WAntonia MIchael. It's Cleaning offices after business hours. We're fairly small right now, we only have 2 employees and i do some of the cleaning myself (so mon.-fri. i'm always working), but it pays alot of bills. Tonia is endeavoring to become a caterer (God has truly blessed her to be a cake designer and a all around great cook) Next time you see her ask for some of her lemon cake (I don't even like lemon cake but it's to die for). She has done weddings and parties. I know what you're thinking; no we're not Jamaican. We are just so thankful that God has his hands upon our lives. About 3 mths ago, God blessed us with Kendra (Zoie thinks she is her baby). So when i'm not working, i'm with my family. And by the way, for all the football fans, i've been a Dallas Cowboy fan all my life, so consol me if you see me this year (2008-2009 season). I guess talent alone, does not a champion make. I hope i didn't bore you. If you remember one thing; GOD IS LOVE and JESUS IS LORD (okay that's 2 things) PEACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
