- I attended River Road Elementary, Westover,Albany High, and Albany State University. I received my Ed.S Degree from Albany State University. I am currenty employed with the Dougherty County School System as a Consultant with the Exceptional Students Program.
I am married with two daughters ages 4 and 8 years old. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, I love shopping for furniture and clothes at upscale stores as well as thrift stores. My goal is to get something for half price or much less. Home decor and improvement brings me joy. Watching a room or house go from one look to another is amazing.
I love a bargin.
My mother died of breast cancer when I was 28 years old. At the time of her death, my youngest sister was 9 years old. Before mom passed away, I promised her that I would take care of little sis. She is now 28 years old, working, and living on her own.
Although stressful at time dealing with the daily routines of the working mom, I am happy and content. Retreating in my bedroom for hours working on my laptop, reading self-help books or sleeping relieves stress as well as allows me time to reflect on my life.
Overall......Life is good.
