- I attended Dougherty Jr. High in '81 and attended Dougherty High School from '82 - '84. I left Albany the summer of '84 to live with my Dad in Maryland where I graduated my Senior year. After High School I enlisted in the U.S. Navy in which I served 7yrs. I got out the military in '92 right after Dessert Storm. I got hired back in the Government working at the Smithsonian Institution in Washington D.C., where I'm still currently employed. I'm a HVAC Mechanical Engineer Leader there. I have 24yrs. so far with the Government. I was married for 11yrs, but now I've been divorced for 3yrs. I have two sons Markell and Cameron Thomas. Markell is 22yrs old and Cameron is 10yrs old. I now currently still live in Maryland which is close to Virginia and Washington D.C. I'm in and out of ATL alot, because I have most of my family there. I hope to get in touch with most of my Dougherty High classmates and friends, I really miss yall and the memories we all shared. See ya on the Net - Steve Thomas
